| The majority of Otter sessions cater for swimmers of all ability. However, as a guide, we have swimmers with personal bests for 100m frontcrawl ranging from 52 seconds to around 90 seconds. |
| Sessions are usually a mixture of freestyle, medley and choice sets, including kick, pull and full stroke. The intensity of the sessions will usually depend on the proximity of the next competitive meet, and hence the particular period of training we’re in. |

*Shell operates a strict entry policy. You must be a paid up member of the club to swim there, and you will be registered with shell by the treasurer automatically once you join. In addition you must confirm directly with Lesley Davies if you wish to swim on Wednesday mornings. |
We encourage and welcome anyone who would like to come and try our sessions to see if it suits them. Please note that new members are welcome, in the first instance, during the Thursday and Sunday sessions at Queen Mother Sports Centre, only. |
