Middlesex Masters - 6th June 2010
We will be aiming to regain the County Team Titles (overall team and men's team) we last won 2 years ago but were resoundingly beaten last year by Camden Swiss Cottage. We need to send a bigger team this year to stand any chance of competing (we had 18 swimmers last year Camden sent 74 swimmers).

Every swimmer gets 1 point for the club in each race they compete in so you don't have to be a lane 1 swimmer to get points for the team. Let's see if we can get all lanes (especially our older swimmers where we are very strong and can score valuable points) to turn out to support the club at our local County Championship.

All those competing in Glasgow at the British Championships 2 weeks later should attend as this event will be our last big lactate session pre taper.

This is a low key local Masters event and is an ideal meet for those who have not not competed before, or for a long time, as well as being a social day out to mix with you team mates. It starts around lunch time and is over by mid afternoon and will be held at Southbury Road pool in Enfield.

Every member of the club is eligible to compete as this is classified as a low level meet.

There is an informal internal competition by adding all you individual times together and those with the lowest combined times win the competition. You have to enter ALL the individual events to qualify.

The relays are great fun as they are only 4 x 25m and everyone that enters should get at least one relay swim.

This meet also qualifies for the British Swimming Decathlon as well.

Events are: 200m Freestyle, 100m Individual Medley, 50m on all strokes (Relays are all 4 x 25m)
