If you haven’t swam competitively before or you haven’t raced for a while this is a really good meet to get started and set a few times to beat for the rest of 2010! If you’re still not sure what to expect speak to Coach Steve or one of us at training. Plus the après-swim night out on the Isle of Wight is always good fun!! Just ask anyone who went last year! There are quite a few of us going already so get involved!




We will be staying at the Chester Lodge B&B (http://www.chesterlodgehotel.co.uk/) and there are rooms available at the moment.
